Britney Spears is not happy with the verdict of a judge, who finally settled the controversial conservatorship case. It proved to be a toxic relationship that was complicated throughout her artistic career and in the end ended up hurting her professionally, but also emotionally.

In fact, the 'Princess of Pop' published a dramatic message on her social networks on Sunday, where she lamented that she does not feel that justice has been done, claiming that because of the ways in which she has been hurt, there are not enough consequences towards her abusers.

Britney Spears' latest video prompts concerns from fans about her safety and well-beingInstagram

"I was actually right about the nerve damage to my back!!!" she wrote in a since-deleted topless photo. "Now I have to have acupuncture [sic] every day of my life!!!!"

"If people only knew I had to crawl to my own door once!!!" she continued. "My family hurt me!!!! There has been no justice and probably never will be!!!"

These comments come days after a court officially settled her conservatorship case with her father to grant her emancipation:

"As she desired, her freedom now includes that she will no longer need to attend or be involved in court or become entangled in legal proceedings in this matter," said her attorney, Mathew Rosengart, according to Page Six.

This new legal agreement supersedes the legal agreement, which Jamie enacted in 2008, in which he assumed control over his daughter's financial, personal, professional and medical proceedings.

Before the conservatorship ended in November 2021, Britney accused her 71-year-old father of forcing her to receive treatment at a rehabilitation center, where he made her strip in front of the staff.

She also claims that she was forced to have an IUD device inserted to avoid having more children.

The singer gave more details in her book published in 2023, 'The Woman in Me', where she claims that her father only saw her as a tool to "help his cash flow". In fact in the trial, Britney's lawyers proved that Jamie paid himself around $6 million during the 13 years he served as his daughter's guardian, now of age.

In fact, Britney remains estranged from her father, who suffers from various health problems and who has already managed to improve his relationship with her mother and sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, 33.

Britney Spears' demand for justice

The 42-year-old singer claims that in the trial there was a group of anonymous people who sat back and "did absolutely nothing" for "months" while she was being abused.

"The way I was raised I was always taught the formation of right and wrong, but the two people who raised me with that method hurt me!!!" she added, pointing to her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears.

And she even assured that she prefers to make these kind of comments with hints, instead of confronting them directly because she doesn't think it's safe to talk to them "face to face", although she also assures that she misses her home in Louisiana, where she used to live when she was a child .

"I wish I could visit but they took everything!!!" she wrote.
